The Sulô Hotel’s newest incarnation is whooaa!!! Is this the same dank, slightly seedy restaurant (where politicians purportedly drink and meet their future wives) I visited 5 years ago? And where are the lounge singers?! Anyway I loved the bright, modern interiors and the poolside is spectacular at night. Except for the errant bat crapping on you and/or your date and the swarms of angry mosquitos — we’re in a tropical country, forgivable! — I’d definitely hang out here again!
